Flow is a BPM that allows you the concerted response of the entire organization in the execution of its processes. It already has a set of pre-designed models, such as KYC processes, Conflict Check, Client Intake or even Team Onboarding.

Take as an example a new file opening process in the company, in which it is decided to make it dependent on the non-existence of jumps over 90 days. Typically this information is circulated throughout the company, but at the time there will always be people who don't remember to do so, or even depend on others to do so. FLOW eliminates this problem, as employees only have to fill in the required data in the tasks that fall on their worklist, moving on to the next phase. In other words, from one minute to the next a process is changed on the platform and the user is informed of what to do based on the result.

Flow can be integrated with any platform, but already has integrations with the iManage and JVRIS platforms, and databases from Dun & Bradstreet and Bureau van Dijk.

Integration with iManage 10

Flow integrates with iManage Work 10, ensuring the centralization of the document repository. The integration is carried out via iManage's Universal API which ensures the reliability of the continuity of the platform's security mechanisms. As an example, consider the opening of a client where there is the submission of a set of documents which are associated to the client's process, or even a set of documents which are submitted by the client itself on the platform.

KYC

FLOW has a KYC process that allows an articulation between internal and external stakeholders, as a response to law no. 83/2017, of 18 August, and for the purposes of the provisions of ARTICLE 7 OF THE REGULATION OF THE ORDER OF LAWYERS, approved by deliberation no. 822/2020 of 21 August. The FLOW process ensures an easier filling of these data in two ways

  • if you have a BvD or D&B subscription, you can fill in the customer information automatically
  • if not, you can choose to allow the customer to fill in his information and submit documents

The process can be adapted to the reality of the company, including deontological, strategic or reputational conflict check mechanisms.
